Any UE4 function is a console command, as long as it's executable (you would need to tweak some flags in the Function's structure). Then to narrow down on the commands, look through your results for "Function". it's work in progress, right? Alpha, not yet finished, etc.

If you can't find a different one, then the developers are fucking lazy and have used just the Ubergraph (UE4 Editor, no coding) to design the game (if they've even invested time in designing more of it or just used the prefab'd assets as they are).
